About Us

Our biggest and best asset is our employees.
At Legacy Transitions, we do not utilize contractors. Each and every
member of our staff is a bona-fide and valued, employee. We generate
payroll every week, and we deposit employee and employer Medicare,
Social Security and FUTA deduction and employer paid taxes
monthly. We pay Florida unemployment taxes quarterly. We invest in
our employees' futures with continuing education and monthly
employee meetings. We only promote from within our organization.
Every employee starts out as a packer/unpacker or a mover.
All of our employees must undergo thorough background checks.
Employees are bonded and covered by Legacy's Workers
Compensation policy through The Travelers. We have a strict dress
code, and employees are provided with professional uniforms - not
t-shirts, but company logo polo shirts with collars.
We do not have anyone who earns minimum wage. Our employees
receive quarterly performance reviews and are encouraged to
volunteer in the senior community that we serve.
